CNS Vital Signs is a DUAL- INTEGRATED (Web and Local Software) Assessment Platform that provides the clinician and researcher maximum flexibility in configuring an optimal solution for measuring, monitoring, and managing neurocognitive and behavioral health.

To efficiently use the suite of CNS Vital Signs solutions we recommend a free IN-SERVICE Webinar to optimize the assessment platform to your needs. IF YOU ONLY USE THE LOCAL SOFTWARE PLATFORM

LOGIN – To view reports you only need to open the application, select the MENU button then CLICK the VIEW REPORTS button.
UPGRADE – This is the simplest assessment upgrade method. It only requires a simple FREE upgrade of the software as needed. CLICK the DOWNLOAD UPGRADE button below and save the new application to your desktop and install. The VSX application will overwrite your existing VS7 application with no loss of test sessions. You can subscribe to our Twitter account and receive our upgrade tweet.
BACKUP DATA – Clients can backup clinical data onto a server, external hard drive or thumbdrive.
CUSTOMIZE – Clinicians can individually customize their application. To customize your application select the MENU button then CLICK the PREFERENCES button.

IF YOU ONLY USE THE WEB-BASED CNSVS Online PLATFORM

LOGIN – To view reports you only need to go to the CNSVS Online Website www.cnsvsonline.com and CLICK the ONLINE ASSESSMENT button then ENTER your TEST ADMIN and PASSWORD information and CLICK the LOGIN button.
UPGRADE – The web assessment platform is upgraded automatically.
BACKUP DATA – Clients assessment data is automatically backed-up on the CNVS Online servers.
CUSTOMIZE – Clinicians can collaborate with our practice development staff to individually customize their web application. To customize your web-based testing needs contact our support at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

IF YOU USE A DUAL- INTEGRATED and SYNCED PLATFORM... both web and local

LOGIN – To view reports locally you only need to open the application, select the MENU button then CLICK the VIEW REPORTS button. To view reports via the web or remotely e.g., iPad, iPhone, Droid you only need to go to the CNSVS Online Website www.cnsvsonline.com and CLICK the ONLINE ASSESSMENT button then ENTER your TEST ADMIN and PASSWORD information and CLICK the LOGIN button.
UPGRADE – The web assessment platform is upgraded automatically. To upgrade the local software CLICK the DOWNLOAD UPGRADE button below and save the new application to your desktop and install. The VSX application will overwrite your existing VS7 application with no loss of test sessions. If you have multiple test stations you can save the upgraded application to a thumbdrive and add the upgraded application to each computer. You can subscribe to our Twitter account and receive our upgrade tweet.
BACKUP DATA – Clients can backup local software clinical data onto a server, external hard drive or thumbdrive. Clients can also enable the SYNC functionality and collect all the testing station(s) data on the CNSVS Online servers. Reports can then either be accessed locally or via the web.
