Neurocognitive Assessment or Test Sessions are needed to use the CNS Vital Signs Assessment Platforms. Neurocognitive Assessment Session purchases can be made thru the CNS Vital Signs SECURE SERVER: This server is encrypted using industry standard 128 bit encryption. CNS Vital Signs uses VeriSign payment services to process the transaction. CNS Vital Signs does not store credit card numbers. To Purchase Assessment Sessions: press the Purchase Sessions button, and follow the directions.
How Many Assessment Sessions Do I Have?
The number of sessions currently available is displayed on the CNS VITAL SIGNS window above the ‘Add Assessments’ button (1) after opening the application.
This number is reduced each time a neurocognitive assessment session is completed. When zero assessments remain you will be unable to test additional subjects or patients until you replenish your assessment sessions.
How do I Add Assessment Sessions?
The ADD ASSESSMENT window enables you to replenish the number of assessment sessions. To access this window, click on the ‘Add Assessments’ button on the CNS Vital Signs testing platform. If you wish to purchase sessions and your computer is connected to the internet, simply click (2) the hyperlink which will take you to the CNS Vital Signs purchase sessions webpage.
If you wish to purchase ASSESSMENT SESSIONS and your computer is not connected to the internet, go to an internet connected computer with both the SERIAL NUMBER and the REQUEST CODE from the "Add Assessment" window (2) in your application. CLICK the PURCHASE SESSIONS Button (below) and log-in using your registration Email and Password.
After completing the form on the webpage you will receive an AUTHORIZATION KEY. Either print the AUTHORIZATION KEY or copy the AUTHORIZATION KEY and return to the testing computer. Go to the ADD ASSESSMENTS window and type or paste in the AUTHORIZATION KEY. Then click the OK button and your assessment sessions will be replenished.
CNSVS Online (web-based) assessments can be purchased by CLICKING the ‘Add Assessment’ button.
